WARRANTY INFORMATION

MattPear provides a warranty that complements the rights established by consumer protection legislation, does not exclude or limit them.

Warranty service terms are determined by the manufacturer and vary for different hookah models:

• Simple M - 400 days from the date of assembly.
• Simple S - 400 days from the date of assembly.
• Classic M Plus - 1850 days from the date of assembly.
• Mini M - 1850 days from the date of assembly.
• Mini S - 1850 days from the date of assembly.
• Ready S - 1850 days from the date of assembly.

The assembly date is located on the front side of the warranty card.

The MattPear warranty COVERS:

External, functional, and technical defects in hookahs, components, and accessories that arise from the manufacturer. Example: signs of metal/component corrosion, functional thread connection violations, component looseness.

The MattPear warranty DOES NOT COVER:

1) External (visual), functional, and technical defects in components and accessories that arise from the use of products for purposes other than their intended use.

2) Natural wear of silicone components resulting from frequent use.

3) Scratches, abrasions, chips, and other natural changes in the appearance of the product resulting from use.

MattPear is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by improper use of the products.
• Losses arising from incorrect document completion, including incorrect registration data when placing an order.
• Damage caused by unlawful actions of third parties.
• Complete or partial non-performance of obligations if such non-performance was a consequence of force majeure circumstances.

MattPear trademark threaded vases warranty:

The warranty for the MattPear trademark threaded vase is 1 year.

The warranty COVERS:

• The vase fixing ring thread.
• The vase and fixing ring connection.

The warranty DOES NOT COVER:

• Mechanical damage to the glass.
• Silicone shock absorbers on the bottom of the vase.
• Damages resulting from non-compliance with the product use rules.
